A celebration that connects

Sonorous, colourful & full of future

We are opening the doors and gates of our Bach village for the summer festival and cordially invite you to a day full of music, conversation, fine food, fine wines and colourful market activity at various stands. It is a festival to linger, join in and meet others – supported by the community that has characterised our foundation for years. We celebrate 20 years of the cantata series – the firm foundation of our work – and at the same time look to the future: with every contribution, every idea and every commitment, our village continues to grow. Brick by brick, space is created for new projects that will carry our vision into the future.

Musician Jennifer Ribeiro Rudin and dramaturge Anselm Hartinger will host the summer festival. The market with culinary delights, music and entertainment is organised by the J. S. Bach Foundation team with members from the ensemble and the office. The Bach Village is brought to life by everyone. Coming and going at the summer festival is possible at any time. Celebrate this special moment full of sound, community and confidence with us.
