Covid-19 prevention plan

Following the extensive easing of Corona restrictions on Thursday 17 February 2022, we will no longer be checking Covid certificates at our events. Nonetheless, due to the limited space in our historic concert venues and the need for our audiences to feel safe, we kindly request that concertgoers continue to wear a mask in indoor areas.

Advance sales and ticketing

We appreciate it when you purchase your tickets in advance. The pre-purchased tickets and concert programme will be sent to you per post free of change two weeks prior to the performance. In order to facilitate contact-tracing requirements, we collect data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address upon ticket purchase.

Illness

We urgently request that you do not attend concerts if you experience symptoms of illness (fever, feverishness, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sudden loss of smell or taste) or if you have had close contact in the past 14 days with a person possibly infected with Covid 19. Concertgoers in high-risk groups are responsible for their own safety measures.
